Refund policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to offer a full refund for slime-making session bookings if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund, as materials and staffing are prepared in advance.

For all merchandise, including lab coats and goggles, please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Due to hygiene and limited stock, all sales of these items are final. We appreciate your understanding.
